Epsom Salts

Epsom salts comprised of magnesium sulfate is commonly used in a bath or foot bath as they dissolve easily. The dissolved magnesium sulfate is then readily absorbed through the skin where it immediately goes to work inside our bodies relieving muscle tension, pain, and inflammation in joints. Fisiocrem Solugel

Fisocrem solugel is a natural anti inflammatory cream containing high levels of active plant extracts. Excellent for temporary relief of muscular aches and pains.

Each gram contains the equivalent of dried flowers:

  • Arnica montana 10.5mg/g – a natural anti inflammatory ingredient that encourages the bodies natural healing process, excellent for bruising, sprain and strains.
  • Calendula officinalis 2.5mg/g – traditionally used to treat minor inflammation of the skin and minor wounds.
  • Hypericum perforatum 2.5 mg/g – commonly known as “St John’s Wort”, the oily extracts are bright red in colour from the active components, hypericin and hyperforin. Natural antiviral and anti inflammatory properties.

Heat therapy is an easy and effective form of treatment that you can use at home. Instructions
When heating a wheat bag place a cup with some water in the microwave at the same time, wheat bags can be heated for 2-3 minutes in strong microwaves or 3- 4 minutes if your microwave is not as strong. If you heat a bag for 4 minutes do not place directly on the skin, you may need to place it over clothing until it cools off.
