When heating a wheat bag place a cup with some water in the microwave at the same time, wheat bags can be heated for 2-3 minutes in strong microwaves or 3- 4 minutes if your microwave is not as strong. If you heat a bag for 4 minutes do not place directly on the skin, you may need to place it over clothing until it cools off.
