Welcome to Knead Therapeutic Massage


Knead Therapeutic Massage beganin 2003 as Knead Workplace Massage. After providing Corporate Massage to Brisbane for 5 years Knead has now expanded to include Table Massage Services in our new CBD Massage Clinic.

We believe strongly in the benefits of massage and our aim is to make massage accessible to as many people as possible. The combination of a Corporate Service and a CBD Clinic allows us the flexibility to achieve this.




Our Approach

We are committed to delivering an excellent service at a affordable price. The Benefits of Massage are well documented yet many people have not experienced the peaceful bliss of being able to unwind mind and body.

Massage is beneficial physically, emotionally, mentally and for some even spiritually. Genuine, caring touch is lacking for many in our fast paced and independently oriented culture. Regular massage is an excellent way to take some time to slow down and has a multitude of health benefits. Our Knead Life Program places regular massage in the reach of the everyday person.

We are dedicated Therapists

All therapists at Knead are Qualified Massage Therapists and we are dedicated to expanding our education in massage and bodywork modalities along with general health and wellbeing. Our therapists have a range of experience and training. We are currently offering Relaxation, Deep Tissue and Remedial services with other modalities such as Hot Stone and Pregnancy Massage being added shortly.

Meet the Team

Nola Welling began Knead in 2003 after studying Swedish and Therapeutic Massage in 1991 and Certificate 3 in Hawaiian Bodywork with Mettes Institute in 2002. Nola has since added Certificate 4 in Massage through IMTA and is shortly undertaking Diploma of Remedial Massage also through IMTA.
