Pathway to Present
I qualified as a Physiotherapist at The University of Queensland in 2025. I attained my Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy in 2021 and have been a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist since 2014. . My inquisitive personality and love for dance and movement has inspired me to study the human body to help people reduce pain, restore mobility, enhance flexibility, and improve quality of life.
What are my treatments like?
I am passionate about patient education and I believe the best outcomes come from combining manual therapy with tailored exercise, movement strategies, and self-management tools. My treatments may include soft tissue work, functional cupping, joint mobilisations, trigger point therapy, and dry needling, carefully selected to suit each person’s needs.
I am particularly interested in treating musculoskeletal conditions such as lower back, hip, and lower limb injuries, a focus shaped by my background in ballet, dance, and running. My own experience balancing long hours of study has led to an evolving interest in treating neck and upper back tension, postural dysfunction, and headaches. I have worked with athletes, circus performers, and rural communities in India, where I gained valuable insight into how diverse bodies respond to different treatments.
What do I love about Massage?
I love the way massage can support recovery, improve movement, and make a real difference to someone’s everyday wellbeing. I am passionate about encouraging others to challenge their bodies, move with confidence, and build strong foundations for lifelong health and wellness.
