We are confident that you will find the course engaging and that you have enrolled knowing that the course involves self –exploration.
Fees will be refunded less $150 after Class 1 if you decide it is not for you. After this class, the fees are not refundable.
If you have a serious issue in your life (family crisis or illness) we are happy to discuss this on a case by case basis and offer a credit note for a future course.
We find better results are achieved if you enroll for your own self and not with a close family member in the same class, such a partner or offspring. This gives you the space and time to engage with the process freely and freshly. Feel free to speak to Mary about this.
This course is not “group therapy” You are not required to share any personal material from your life, although you are free to share when it feels relevant. The discussion subjects in class are more around the actual meditation exercises we do, your obstacles, your discoveries, how you are handling the home practice and related subjects around stress physiology, body-mind, thoughts and feelings.
