I had a pregnancy massage with Elena and feel so relaxed and happy afterwards. She had some great techniques to target the tension areas in my back and she was so lovely! Thank you

I’ve been with Knead for a long time. I am a satisfied customer. The place is nice, clean, roomy, bright n hygienic. I have tried almost all of their therapists. They are as good as one another. Special mention to Elena Rengifo who is my therapist at the moment. I like her style of combining remedial massage along with her physio skils I don’t have to tell her which muscles to be worked on. She knows. I have no hesitation to recommend this place.
Great massage. Had Elena for one hour remedial and treated some areas I didn’t even no were sore. Walked away feeling great and relaxed. Definitely recommend this place
Client’s Feedback
I’ve been in a lot of pain for the last few days. When I decided to see someone here in Brisbane, whilst there for the weekend, I was able to book in to see Anna that day. She was a wonder and gave me lots of advice.
Would highly recommend!

What are my treatments like?
I effectively combine both remedial massage and physiotherapy techniques to assist with pain and muscle tension. I also utilise techniques such as trigger pointing, deep tissue, reflexology, Chinese cupping.
I can help with conditions such as:
- Tendinopathy, ligament and radiculopathy
Occupational disease (e.g. cervical pain, low back pain,- Carpal tunnel and Frozen shoulder among others)
- Restriction in the range of joint mobility due to joint or bone injury such as joint dislocations and ankylosis
Acute and chronic pain
Sciatica
The use of tests for physical evaluation and initial diagnosis as well as rehabilitation techniques and pain management such as electrostimulation and physical modalities among others. Prescription of exercises that include passive / active stretching techniques, isometric and isotonic exercises and manual mobilization of joints and soft tissues.
I also involve rehabilitation techniques used in therapeutic massage such as restorative massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, and reflexology.
A fundamental part of the treatment is the joint work with the patient and the follow-up in the treatment to see the expected results. Since at the end of the treatment the idea is to continue with an exercise plan at home in combination with the treatment carried out in the clinic.
