This workshop is for students at any level who want to incorporate a headstand to their yoga practice.

If you are already skilled at headstands this workshop will help improve your technique and overall strength and sense of balance.

During ‘Introduction to inversions’ workshop we first of all go through the yoga postures and exercises that will help to build upper body and core strength, discuss the benefits of inversions and all safety precautions for performing a headstand.
