A free massage demonstration for ten people! Yes you have read correctly! We are more than happy to provide up to ten free 15 minute seated chair massages in your workplace so your staff can trial the service. There are some conditions to be able to receive this fabulous offer.

Support Materials

We provide support materials to help your staff organise the service and to educate your employees. This means less work for staff and ensures the system runs smoothly. Support materials provided include

  • An internal booking system (with a web based version on the way)
  • Re-booking clients at each session
  • Information for your intranet
  • Pre-written emails that will be used to organise the bookings
  • Flyers for communal areas such as kitchens etc
  • Brochures
  • An organiser’s manual explaining the procedures and providing all necessary information so anyone can easily arrange the bookings at short notice.

Discounts on Your First Massage

If you have a user pays arrangement (meaning the staff member pays for their massage) we give a 33% discount off their first massage.

Guarantee

Our workplace massage is 100% guaranteed. If any of our clients are unsatisfied we offer a replacement massage or a full refund.

Our staff

We personally interview and train our seated chair massage therapists regardless of the level of their qualifications. All therapists carry public liability insurance. We use quality ergonomic massage chairs for maximum comfort and will only use desktop units when working in call centres.

Limited extra fees and charges

For our cbd clients we do not charge call out fees, or cancellation fees and have a low minimum booking time of two hours. For clients oustide the cbd we charge a call out fee of $25.

Helping your staff to stay healthy

We have a lot of clients asking us if we know of quality therapists in related fields. In response to this we are creating a referral network of therapists which will be posted on our website. These therapists will be sourced mainly from our client base. The aim is to provide information on quality therapists in a range of modalities. These modalities will include,

  • Bowen therapy
  • Ka Huna Massage
  • Kinesiology

Working with our client's needs

We will work with the needs of the client and not just use the same routine regardless. Knead will always update and expand our seated chair massage skills, knowledge and understanding of techniques used in chair massage. This means we will continue to review and improve our service.

Constant improvement by gaining regular feedback on our service

Knead provides avenues for clients to give us feedback and we will always respond promptly. We survey our clients three months after the office massage service has been established to ensure they are happy and then twice yearly thereafter. The results will be presented to management so they can monitor the efficiency and usefulness of the workplace massage service.

Investing in client education

Our monthly newsletter, In Touch (subscriber based) provides excellent articles on a range of health issues as well as keeping clients updated on our latest services. It is our aim to continually provide articles on issues that are most relevant to office workers. Some the topics to be covered are
