We then collate the information and present it to management to help them decide if a regular massage service will benefit the staff and the organisation.

As you can understand the opportunity of having ten free 15 minute massages in your office is VERY attractive. To ensure that people don't take advantage of this generous offer there are a couple of things that need to happen.

Firstly

We have a brief (15 minute) meeting with the person who will either make the decision to adopt the service or be advising the person who will be making this decision. This is usually the HR or Office Manager.

At this meeting we will identify the needs of the organisation and determine how we can best meet these needs. We discuss how management can support the service so the staff and the organisation receive the greatest benefit.

Secondly

Once we have discussed these issues we book the demonstration time and a face to face follow up appointment.

Lastly

At the follow up appointment we present the results of the surveyed participants to management and discuss any further details. We then decide on the next step together.

Basically to save everyone�s time. We are all busy people with deadlines and a never ending list of things to do. If there is structure to the process it makes it easy to make a decision and cuts out unnecessary time wasting irritations like playing phone tag etc.
