This means that the organiser only needs to send out the emails and clients book themselves in. Clients Can Manage Their Own Bookings Staff can cancel, or change their booking without needing to ask the organiser to do if for them. Staff receive a confirmation email when they book and can import the appointment into their calendar. What Does the Organisation Need to Supply? If the service is ongoing then we need someone to act as the Organiser in the Workplace. They send out the email, book the room and act as a point of contact.
