How it works, here you will find all you need to know about arranging a seated chair massage service in your workplace.

Once it has been decided that a seated chair massage service will be undertaken there are a few simple steps to take to make sure the service runs smoothly. There are elements that the organisation needs to provide and elements that we need to provide.

Organisation

  • Appoint a staff member as the organiser (organisation of the service should not take anymore than 30 minutes per visit)
  • Provide a room preferably with a phone.
  • Promote the service by posting information on the intranet.

Knead

We provide all support materials. These materials are everything you need to communicate with staff such as

  • an internal booking system you can post on your intranet
  • pre-written emails to invite staff to book their massage.
  • all flyers, brochures etc
  • information to be posted on you intranet
  • regular newsletter to your staff (subscriber based)
  • On the day of massage we will arrive early to set up and call all clients to confirm appointments.

    We screen all clients on their first massage to assess their health status and discuss any relevant issues.
