Conditions
Appointments must be used within the specified time frame. We will notify you of any unused appointments one month before the expiry of your program.Appointments must be spread over the entire course of the time limit. Otherwise there is a run on appointments as the expiry time draws near and there is no guarantee that appointments will be available as we may be booked out. 6 Pack In the last month of this program we will only allow 2 massages to be used.(subject to availability). 12 Pack In the last month of this program we will only allow 3 massages to be used.(subject to availability). 24 Pack In the last month of this program we will only allow 6 massages to be used. (subject to availability) Massage used by staff in the Corporate Massage Program do not count towards our
Knead Life Program.
If staff come for massages separately they will need to pay the appropriate price. Massages can be used by any staff member of the Organisation or whoever the Organisation chooses to nominate. Details of who have used the appointments will be kept and forwarded to the company on completion of their program. This is to ensure appropriate use. Booking Changes admin fee. We operate on a fair use policy in regards to making changes to appointments once they are set. If there is an excessive amount of changes made we will request the Company to pay a minimal admin charge of $10 and to ask participants to limit the amount of changes requested.
