If you are looking for yoga classes in Brisbane then look no further! Our Brisbane yoga studio is situated on Level 3 233 Albert St in the Queen Street Mall. We have a light and relaxing studio offering smaller classes with personalized attention from highly experienced Yoga Instructors. 

The focus of our classes is on creating an atmosphere where beginners can feel welcome and at ease, intermediate students can keep growing and advanced students can still feel challenged. Small class sizes means students can see the Instructor so you know you are doing the postures correctly. Instructors can help students with correct form and provide appropriate modifications when necessary.

By keeping class sizes smaller our Yoga Instructors get to know their students and don't simply repeat the same class each time. Classes are varied to suit the changing needs of the students and this keeps them challenged and interested.

Who would benefit from our classes?

Everyone can of course benefit but we feel that the students who are ready for a change, suffering stiffness, pain and discomfort, feeling fatigued and "starting to feel their age" will especially benefit. Anyone who has an office job even if they are active will feel the positive effects of decreasing stress, improving strength and circulation, increased range of motion through improved flexibility and greater connection between mind and body.
